These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and placing orders with us. By using photoprintstore.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Photo Print Store is a US-based online photo printing service. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at hello@photoprintstore.com.
2. Using Our Site
You may use our site to browse our products and place print orders. You agree to use the site honestly and only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload photos that you do not own or do not have the right to print
- Upload photos that contain illegal content, including content that exploits or harms minors
- Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security
- Use the site for any commercial resale purpose without our permission
3. Your Photos and Content
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the legal right to have it printed. You are responsible for the content of what you upload.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any image that we determine contains illegal content, graphic violence, obscene material, or content that violates the rights of others. In such cases, we will not fulfill the order and will issue a refund.
You keep ownership of your photos. We do not claim any rights to your images. We use them only to fulfill your order.
4. Orders and Pricing
When you place an order, you are agreeing to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before fulfilling an order — if this happens, we will contact you before proceeding.
We do our best to display print quality and colors accurately, but results may vary slightly depending on your screen’s calibration and the quality of the original photo.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment is charged at the time you place your order. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles all payment security.
By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99, or free on orders over $30. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
7. Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our prints. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution photos or photos that are blurry, dark, or otherwise poor quality when uploaded.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after an order is placed.
If we made an error or your prints arrived damaged, we will make it right. See Section 7.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@photoprintstore.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once printing has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Photo Print Store’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable US law.
10. Intellectual Property
The Photo Print Store name, logo, and site content are our property. You may not use them without our permission. The photos you upload remain yours — we claim no ownership over your images.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
