How do I place an order?
It's straightforward. Upload the photo or photos you'd like printed, choose your size, finish, and any other options, and then check out securely. We take it from there. You don't need to install anything or create an account to get started.
What sizes do you offer?
We print in five sizes: 4×6, 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, and 13×19 inches. Each size is listed with a description to help you choose what works best for your photo and where you plan to display it.
What's the difference between glossy and luster finish?
Glossy has the classic shiny look — it makes colors vivid and bold, and it's what most people picture when they think of a photo print. Luster (sometimes called satin) has a softer sheen — less glare, a bit more subtle, and it hides fingerprints better. Both are beautiful. Luster is often the better choice for portraits; glossy tends to shine on landscapes and vivid scenes.
Can I print in black and white or sepia?
Yes. When you configure your order, you can choose full color, black and white, or sepia. Black and white is clean and timeless. Sepia gives a warm, vintage tone that feels especially right for older family photos or anything with a nostalgic feel.
What is color correction, and do I need it?
Color correction is an optional add-on for $1.99 per photo. If your photo looks a little dark, washed out, or off in color, our team will adjust the brightness, contrast, and color balance before we print — so the final print looks its best. It's not required, but it's worth it for photos that matter most to you.
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is $4.99 flat rate, or free on orders over $30. We'll give you a delivery estimate at checkout based on your location. We take care with every order before it goes out, so please allow a few days for printing before your order ships.
How will my photos be packaged?
We pack every order to protect your prints on the way to you. Photos arrive flat and undamaged, ready to frame or gift. We don't cut corners on packaging, because a bent or creased print isn't something we'd be proud to send.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We stand behind our work. If a print arrives damaged, or if something isn't right, email us at hello@photoprintstore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out.
