2. What Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name and shipping address
- Your email address
- The photos you upload for printing
- Your payment information — processed securely through Stripe (we never see or store your full card number)
- Your order preferences — print size, finish, color options, and any add-ons
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we may automatically receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site working properly. We do not use this information to build profiles or serve you ads.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to run your order and communicate with you about it:
- To print and ship your photos
- To send you an order confirmation and shipping update by email
- To respond if you contact us with a question or issue
- To improve how the site works
We do not sell your information.
4. Your Photos
The photos you upload are yours. We use them solely to fulfill your print order. We store them temporarily on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) for the time needed to process and ship your order. We do not use your photos for marketing, training, or any other purpose. We do not share them with anyone outside of our order fulfillment process.
We recommend keeping your own copies of any photos you upload, as we may delete uploaded files after your order is fulfilled.
5. Cookies and Advertising
Our site uses cookies to help the site function and to understand how visitors find us. We also run ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. These platforms may use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the services we need to run our business:
- Stripe — to process your payment securely
- Cloudflare R2 — to store your uploaded photos
- Supabase — to manage order records
- Resend — to send you order confirmation emails
- Our shipping carrier — to deliver your order
We do not sell your data to any of them or to anyone else.
7. Data Security
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant. Your photos are stored on encrypted cloud storage. We limit access to your data to what is needed to fulfill your order.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and handle any follow-up questions. Uploaded photos may be deleted after your order ships.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at: hello@photoprintstore.com
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell your data.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and post the updated version on our site.
